No. It is not a freight exchange. It works with the offers you already get from your brokers by email.
Do brokers need to change anything?
No. They keep sending emails as usual. You just set up forwarding to FleetIntel Cargo.
Which email does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook, Hostinger and any mailbox where you can create a forwarding rule.
How is the margin calculated?
The system takes the route and price from the offer, checks the truck’s distance to the pickup, applies your €/km rate and shows the net margin.
Can I enter offers by hand?
Yes. Offers you get by phone, WhatsApp or on an exchange can be entered by hand. They go into the same table and statistics.
How long does setup take?
Usually under 5 minutes: add your trucks, set €/km and create an email forwarding rule.
What if broker email formats differ?
